• Cancellations must be in writing by fax / email and will not be accepted if production has started.
  
  
• Claims for damages must be made within 24 hours.
  We recommend that you sign for all goods as "unchecked", unless you physically check for damages in transit. We cannot accept claims for damages in transit unless they are signed in as "damaged" or "unchecked".
  
  
• Your items will be delivered on a week day between ten and fifteen full working days from the time of ordering.
  
  
• All prices quoted include VAT and delivery.
