Whichever way you choose, we will telephone you to confirm the order details and to take credit card payment.

• All sizes should preferably be in metric (cm or mm) and be
  given as finished sizes.
  
  
• If sizes are given as "recess" we will make a standard allowance of 1.5cm on the overall width.
  
  
• Sizes will be taken as width X drop (industry standard).
  
  
• Sizes for bay windows MUST be given as finished sizes.

Specification:

• Controls are assembled as tilt on left side and lift on right side and cannot be altered.
  
  
• Wand tilt controls are standard on all 25mm, 35mm & 50mm blinds.
  
  
• Due to packaging reasons, the length of the wand tilt control
  will be the same as the width of the blind. If a longer tilt control wand is required, it must be specified at the time of ordering.
  
  
• All blinds are supplied to your specific sizes by trimming both sides and length.
  
  
• As with all wood products, variations in grain, texture, and colour, along with some slight warpage may occur. These are natural characteristics of real wood blinds.

IMPORTANT: Cancellations must be in writing by fax / email and will not be accepted if production has started.

Claims for damages must be made within 24 hours.

We recommend that you sign for all goods as "unchecked", unless you physically check for damages in transit.

We cannot accept claims for damages in transit unless they are signed in as "damaged" or "unchecked".

Your items will be delivered on a week day between five and ten full working days from the time of ordering.
